Ms. Jeannine Gaslonde is the founder and president of New Conscience Productions Corp.
She created this non-profit organization to assist new artists to share and preserve the heritage knowledge and especially the
music of our native ancestors.
Additionally, Ms. Gaslonde serves as the
Chief-Mobility Management & Implementation Officer for the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization (TPO). Ms. Gaslonde has over 17 years of experience in the transportation planning industry.
Beyond planning, Ms. Gaslonde coordinates TPO sponsored conferences, summits, and technical exchanges, enhancing interagency and transportation partner collaboration in the industry.
She holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a
certification in project management from Florida International University. She also has a bachelor’s in health sciences and a masters in Oriental Medicine.
As a Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM), she combines her skills and experience to drive impactful planning initiatives in Miami-Dade County.

As a former White House correspondent, I covered presidential elections, geopolitics in the Americas, natural disasters, shootings and more. I am a native speaker and fluent in both Spanish and English.

Melanie Medina serves as the Secretary on the Board of New Conscience Productions, bringing over a decade of experience in customer service, business management, and organizational support. Currently the Residences Liaison at Fortune House Condominium in Miami, Melanie ensures seamless communication with residents while handling inquiries, service requests, and administrative duties.
As the owner of Mela Flamenco since 2013, she has successfully combined her entrepreneurial spirit with her passion for Flamenco culture, manufacturing and selling Flamenco costumes and accessories.
Melanie’s diverse professional background also includes experience as a Payroll Assistant at Feick Security, where she demonstrated her strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Melanie excels in communication and leadership, which she leverages to support New Conscience Productions’ mission of fostering community growth and cultural connection through music.
Her dedication to service and cultural preservation makes her an integral part of the organization.
